Thanks to all the Chennai artists, students, friends and family who attended the 80th birthday celebration and inauguration of Leela Ganapathy's retrospective today. This show presents Mrs Ganapathy's experiments with art from her time at the College of Fine Arts, including some previously unseen works, and sheds light on some of the ideas that shaped her artistic journey.
